Since the dawn of civilization and all through time man, woman, child has always been fascinated, challenged, endeared by their human form and image.

The depiction, the embodiment, the sculpturing of a person in the form of a doll, statue or cast was and is a form of honour, class distinction and in some cases a royal privilege.

Figurines, statues, ornaments were created to depict the life and culture of the people of the time – our life, how we used instruments and utensils, how we wore our clothes, how we celebrated – how we battled - how we lived.
